The Courtyard
Our courtyard is one of a kind. Located right downtown. Host the perfect private outdoor event. This space offers beautiful greenery sourrounded by stone and brick walls. The ambience is set by twinkle lights in the evening. Tables and chairs included with rental. Suggested rental prices starting at $40/hour
The Back Room
The back room is the perfect space for a small gathering. Ideal for baby shower, bridal shower, or meeting space rental. You can also combine with the court yard to expand the space for a unique meeting space. Comfortably fits up to 15-20 people. Rental cost starting at $35/hour.
The Main Rooms
The Main Room includes use of the cafe/bar, large seating area, and stage. You can also combine this space with the outdoor court yard. This venue features two flat screen tvs, and poduem if needed. This party space can comfortably fit upto 60+ people. Host a small wedding and reception in this beautiful space. This is the most affordable event space in Lancaster. Photographer available upon request. Storage is available small amounts of food or drink. Catering available upon request. Rental cost starting at $75/hour.
The Whole Place
You can also rent the entire venue for your speical occasion. The whole space can hold up to aprox 100-120 people including the courtyard. The Whole space is a perfect location for a wedding venue and reception in downtown Lancaster. Or host an intmate party for a large group.
